- Grew up in Southern California in Laguna Beach; 2 of her sisters still live there with their families
- Spent most of her free time at the beach and in the water
- Is a bit of a treasure hunter, especially when it comes to shipwrecks
- Studied archaeology at UCSD; met her fiance Eric while in college
- Was recruited by "the organization" while on a summer dig off the coast of Mexico; instead of going to grad school, she took the job
- Her specialty is retrieval; if you need someone to go in and get something then she's your girl
- When not on missions, she runs a small antique shop, Treasures Untold, in Los Angeles (where she currently resides)
